MobileIron will be performing maintenance on the App Gateway (APPGW) infrastructure on Saturday, May 10th from 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM PDT / 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM UTC. This maintenance applies to all Connected Cloud and on-premise VSP customers and is expected to be non-disruptive.
VSP admins will be able to access their VSPs during this maintenance period. While we expect this maintenance to be non-disruptive, the following services provided by the App Gateway (APPGW) may be disrupted during the short maintenance window:
- Operator look-up
- Gateway location database update
- SMS delivery for international customers
- Phone image look-up
- Messages to devices via Apple Push Notification service (not APNs check-ins)
- Cloud to Device Messaging (C2DM)
- Map look-up
- Phone registration service (auto-fill)
